IPP Guardian

SRI is a participant on the Guardian Installation Protection Program (IPP) which is managed by the Joint Project Manager Guardian (JPMG) for the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD). Working under JPMG, SAIC is the Guardian IPP Lead Systems Integrator (LSI). Along with its teaming partners, Johnson Controls, Inc. of Cape Canaveral, Florida and Midwest Research Institute (MRI) of Kansas City, Missouri, SAIC will provide an integrated chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear protection capability at 200 Department of Defense installations and facilities worldwide.

OPTARSS II

SRI's access to the Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services (OPTARSS) provides a fast, easy vehicle for doing business with the U.S. Army. It is an IDIQ contract available for use by DoD, but focused on Army use. The current contract includes use by every major Army command.

CNTPO Rapid Response Program (CNTPO)

The U.S. Department of Defense Counter-Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office (CNTPO) has the lead for developing technology for interagency and multinational operations to disrupt, deter, and deny narcoterrorist activities in an effort to reduce trafficking in illegal narcotics and materials that support global terrorist activities. The CNTPO provides all federal government agencies with a rapid response contracting vehicle that can award work quickly to support any counter-narcotics or counter-narco-terrorism operation or program anywhere in the world (domestic included). As prime CNTPO contractor, ARINC offers a broad range of relevant support services, including technology development and application; technical data management; and training, operations, and logistical support.

Hazardous Incident Response Equipment (HIRE)

New York State ID/IQ contract that allows all Cities, Counties, and State agencies to procure Hazardous Response Equipment without bid or limited to those on the contract only. By the end of FY-2007 28 States signed on board the contract vehicle. It is expected that over 40 states will use this vehicle by the end of 2008.

NGB J7

MTS will provide training solutions for the National Guard Bureau Joint Doctrine, Training, and Force Development (NGB J7) program. NGB J7 provides training and professional services covering a broad spectrum, including designing, planning, preparing, executing, and assessing programs for joint doctrine, education, training, and exercises. This includes the assessment and corrective actions supporting the National Guard Joint Force and Defense support to civil authorities for the NGB Headquarters (HQ), and the Joint Force HQ of the 54 States and Territories, and subordinate joint entities including: Joint Task Forces (JTF); Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High-Yield Explosives (CBRNE), Enhanced Response Force Packages (CERFP); and Civil Support Teams.

USMC Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF)

MAGTF refers to the unique four-part structure that organizes Marine Corps operating forces. This framework brings together Aviation, Ground and Logistics Combat elements under one Command element. The result is a flexible, combined-arms unit with the capabilities to conduct the Marine Corps' full range of operations.
The size of a MAGTF can be tailored to meet the needs of a mission. The smallest MAGTF to deploy is a Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), a rapid response force of 2,200 Marines
